We are a non-profit organization created to give the communities of Rand, Belle, Malden and other surrounding areas, a place to come to enjoy themselves and share in recreation and education.

In addition to carrying on programs and activities to improve the education and well-being of the young people in and around the area of Rand.

We also engage in such other duly authorized and lawful acts allowed to the corporations by the West Virginia Code.

cleaned up and help support your center. We will also be having a Hoagie Sale

during the same hours for only $5.00. Also you can get cookies, popcorn and

drinks. You may also order your Hoagie's in advance for pick up the day of the sale
